Add exceptional opening or closing hours

• You are an Administrator or Group manager
• You are a Location manager

You are an Administrator or Group manager

1. In the "Locations" tab of the menu, click on "All locations".
2. Go to your location data by clicking on "Edit" in the "Actions" column
3. On your location page, click on "Edit" just to the right of the opening hours
4. Under the opening hours, find the exceptional opening hours. 
   You can:
   • create an exceptional hour with 
     • A start date
     • An end date
     • Opening hours during this period
     • Additional information (text that will be displayed on your location)
   • create an exceptional closing hour with 
     • A start date
     • An end date
     • Additional information (text that will be displayed on your location)
5. Click on "Save changes"

NB: Old exceptional hours are automatically deleted at D+2 of the BRIDGE platform in order to daily clean the location data.

You are a Location Manager

1. Go to the "My location" page from the side menu
2. Click on "Edit" just to the right of the opening hours
3. Under the opening hours, find the exceptional opening hours. 
   You can:
   • create an exceptional hour with 
     • A start date
     • An end date
     • Opening hours during this period
     • Additional information (text that will be displayed on your location)
   • create an exceptional closing hour with 
     • A start date
     • An end date
     • Additional information (text that will be displayed on your location)
4. Click on "Save changes"
