Labels are a good way to group your locations into a single location category. You can then filter your locations according to label.
You can allocate several labels to a location.
Add label
- On a BRIDGE location page, click "Label this location as" (link in the Labels block in the right-hand column)
- In the Labels window, click on "Create a new label"
- Enter the name of your new label, e.g. "Label 1"
- Click on "Create label"
Apply one or several labels to a location
- On a BRIDGE location page, click on "Label this location as" (link situated in the Labels block of the right-hand column)
- In the Labels window, click on the labels that you want to apply
- Click on "Apply"
Remove a label
- On a BRIDGE location page, click on a label or on "Label this location as" (link situated in the Labels block of the right-hand column)
- In the Labels window, click on the label that you want to remove
- Click on "Apply"
Delete a label
- In the Labels, window, click on "Edit" to the right of the label
- Next, click on the "Delete" link
- Confirm by clicking on "Yes, delete"
IMPORTANT:
Deleting a label removes it from all the locations that had that label
Apply labels to all your locations via the import
You can apply labels to your locations via the import.
- Create your different labels in BRIDGE
- In your import file, add a column per label with the label name on the 1st line
- Put "x" on the locations that are to have this label and leave the box empty for the other locations
- Launch the import checking that your column matches the label created beforehand in BRIDGE.
